Felt shit. 3.5 warmup (25:00) Started intervals feeling flat. I don't even feel like doing striders. My foot feels tender on a lot of this stuff. Evenutally might right leg just kept getting tighter and tighter, which led me to feel like shit on pretty much every rep. The ones where I felt like I was really rolling I hit 3:15. Total stretch day afterwards and maybe trying some allergy meds because I have been huffing and puffing lately.
