Totally ditched this run. Warmup downtown 4 miles. Felt like shit the whole way down into the park. 4 miles up through the park. [5:53,6:07,6:26, bailed] 1 mile shit jogging. goddammit! as I have written in the past: TOTAL BODY MELTDOWN. Getting some stiffness/unshakeable tightness in my right leg. SHit.
