Some good and some bad with this. Warmup in 15 minutes for 2 miles. Leg swings and then I did 12 x 1 minute with 90 seconds rest. Not crazy about how it went but when I compare it to the Winter when I was coming back from the Monumental this is actually a little bit better than I was doing then. Also, humidity is terrible now. Considering going to an LT progression starting on Saturday. We'll see.
