Was back and forth between fartlek or continuous tempo. Opted for longer intervals with a rest in between. Liked this workout because it involved an escalation each half mile. Probably won't try it again for at least 3 weeks, but this is a good baseline for it.
Rep #1: 2:43,2:42, 2:44 [8:09][5:26 pace]
Rep #2: 2:42,2:38, 2:27 [7:47][5:12 pace]
Happy with those, especially #2--goal in three weeks would be to add one more with an emphasis on escalating the whole way.
