Went out in 32:08 and came back in 29:50. Good running. Really focused on stretching and getting my legs back so I can start to feel more like a runner again. No more of this really long distance shit until I can run a few miles tempo and be under control mechanically.

Today...Warmup=leg swings, high knees, etc...

Cool down= knee pulls, yoga, meditation
