Ran with Kayla and felt pretty good. Paced her on her workout [6:33 mile] 4X400 1:35,1:40,1:40,1:40. Warmup and cooldown as well. Can't decide what I want to do tomorrow. Part of me wants to wake up and get my 3k pace run in early in the day and then start to rest my legs. We'll see.
