Pretty much a busted workout. Plan was 3 x 5k. Ended up doing about 1 x 2 miles in 10:30ish then shitting really bad in a portajohn. Then recovering and running a 3 miler in 16:21. Then I bagged it. Will try to do a little something spicy tomorrow on a longer run, but that really sucked. Stomach has been upset for two days in a row now, and I'm wondering if the problem is overtraining a little bit.
