Ran from home down Collins to the river. It's only 1.5 miles down there. Once I hit Riverside, I started my first 5 minutes segment, emphasizing arms and foot roll off. Took 5 minutes rest and did 2 on the way out West and 2 on the way back East. Felt pretty mediocre on number 4, so I took a longer rest (7 minutes) and hammered the last mile down Madison on the way home (5:06). Really had more in the tank and could have hit 4:55 pretty easily. Overall great workout.
