Ran up Montgomery to Plainfield. Stopped and did leg swings, then 1.5 miles back down Montgomery to Grand Vista in 8:18 [5:30ish] 4 minute rest 1.5 miles in 8:16 [5:30ish] Legs felt right on. Really thinking that 5:40 to start will be easy going.
