Pretty good run. I am really happy with the HM parts, which exceeded my expectations. I was 10:22 on the first 2 mile 5:03 for a single mile and then 5:21 for a single mile for 6 miles of total running in 34 minutes [5:40 pace]. Still would want the recoveries to be a little bit quicker. This is something to really watch for upcoming segments of training.
