I've got a fever...
On your deathbed, you won't wish that you'd spent more time at the office. But you will wish that you'd spent more time running. Because if you had, you wouldn't be on your deathbed.
keep running.

I'm running somewhere tomorrow. It's going to be beautiful. I can't wait.

I also think she should buck the heels at her job--screw looking professional if it's going to harm your body. Anyone that complains can deal with a sexual discrimination suit, IMO. If men aren't expected to wear heels to hold a professional job title, then neither should women.
Trent, is there anything related to running and/or wearing heels that might cause that scenario?
Okay, so I've definitely not had this. Is there a chance you can wear flats or lower heels or something? Heels are notorious for being absolutely bad news on a woman's feet and legs. Remember, Pressure=Force/Area so when you wear heels, you're supporting your same weight over a smaller area, so pressure goes up. Every little bit you can do to increase that area (and thus reduce the pressure on your feet and legs) is a good thing. Also, are you standing on hard surfaces? If you're in one spot for a long time (like if you work behind a counter), you should get some sort of rubber padding to stand on. Good Luck! Jeff
