I've had a 205 go over 10 hours of recording....fwiw.
OK, that's good to hear. I always charge mine after every run, so I've never really known what kind of battery life it has.
Getting the wind knocked out of you is the only way to
remind your lungs how much they like the taste of air.

Oh I have had my 205 go a long long time. I ended up buying a new one. dh was not pleased.

If it got wet, how wet?
Not very. Certainly not out of the ordinary considering I live in Oregon. It was a snowy run. I'm wondering if it was more to do with getting put in a suitcase immediately after the run and maybe not drying normally
