All that said, I have to say I was persuaded by most of what that article said and I probably won't let my future 14 year old son run a marathon (unless there are some special circumstances).

Sub-40:00 for 10K 17-03-13 Gainsborough 10K - 39:43
Sub 88:00 for HM
I'm running somewhere tomorrow. It's going to be beautiful. I can't wait.
