I just finished up my last XC season in high school... kind of depressing, actually. Anyway, my best time for a three mile was 16:45. I've been running pretty consistently for a couple of years now, but I just started my log here. All of the rest of my running logs are on my website, if you want to check them out... Used to be quite a bit faster in college (graduated in '99) and trying to work my way back there. Good luck.

18:03 was my pr this season, close to breaking 18, but i can deal without it

My PR for 5km is 18:02, how about a little challenge? First to break 18 minutes wins? Hehe. Although I'm training for the comrades ultra marathon in June (89km) but would just be a bit of fun.
