Ran in the rain last night – crappy run in the dark. Hit a huge freezing cold puddle about 100 yard in... UHG.

I think you need to run in 6 inches of slush so you appreciate the weather now. Wink

Good for you - Will make you tough

I on the other hand am a wimp - I was suppose to go out to the State Park and do 2 1/2 hours of hills ... Instead I went to the YMCA and ran on the TM - I did my Friday speed workout instead. Friday looks like a really good day to grind out some hills.

I really struggled with the decision ... but I am very happy I wimped out.

He lives in Traverse City - Slush season is really short ... I would rather run in snow @ 0F than rain @ 35F.

I would take a 10° below zero dry than last night any day. It might as well have been slush.

Betcha they both beat being barefoot in it.
