I, too, would visit Cool Running on a regular basis. I'm glad I'm not the only one who found the site difficult to navigate and over loaded with too much. All I want is to find a site that gives me information, tips and motivation to run. I just turned 40 in September, so I guess I'm now a 40s on the run.

For future posters here - come join us at this week's thread, 40+ on the Run - Let It Snow, Let It Snow, Let It Snow. Starting a new thread every week helps to keep from getting bogged down in lots of pages.

. . . hopefully, it doesn't overload our esteemed Computer Guru, Eric, too much . . . .
