Just wanted to say hello (Read 568 times)

    New to this web-site, and to running. I went through the C25K program and completed a 5 K in Aug. Now I am training for a 8K in Nov. in Philadelphia. Hello to all.

        Hi, Dan! BIG congrats on your weight loss, too! I started the Cto5k program this past Spring to help get me into better shape AND to help get my last few pounds off (I have already lost 50, myself). Now I'm up to over 25 miles/week and just finished my first 10 mile race. Sounds like you are well on your way with the running addiction, too. Big grin k
