I hope that you find an answer to this problem really soon. I wonder if you over stretched something when running in those slippery conditions. The Sports Physio said to me that they thought my knee injury was called when I rolled my ankle a couple of weeks ago but that it took a while for the injury to manifest as pain. Could that be part of the problem?
