Old/new Runners (Read 239 times)

Hey guys, I thought this looked like a fun group to join, so here I am. I started running in high school a couple of years ago, got hurt, completely stopped, and now I'm dedicated to not quitting. Don't get me wrong, I love it, but I just get scared of an injury or setback. I'm hoping this will help me stay on track. Merry Christmas Smile
