          Oh, yeah...for everyone who says they don't need a helmet.  Seriously, anyone who lives where there are deer or squirrels needs a helmet!

            This summer I ran over a squirrel at 20+ mph. Apparently my handling skills are ok because I kept it upright.

              I'm not so worried about running them over, more what they do to bikes (and riders) when they attempt to run through spokes.  I've seen some horrifying photos of destroyed bikes.  Amazing that something that weighs a pound or less can do such damage.
