If I'm gonna get back into running (1.75 miles, YAY!), then I should get back into weight loss, too (or at least into attempting to weight loss).
As of 7/30 / Week 4, I was at 207 even.
What's the typical quarterly loss goal again? 5% 10%

At least this time I know the cause (I think). With the kiddo away at camp, several opportunities to catch up with friends, over dinner out, came up this week. And dinner inevitably is followed by dessert. And willpower to refuse is weak at the end of the day. So, I'm blaming it on three giant brownie sundaes in the past week (split between the wife and me, but still... calories galore).
