3650 Miles in the Hurtlocker

    Looking for much the same as last week

     

    >= 70 miles

    >= 5,000 vertical

    Looking to lift weights 3 times

     

    Not looking for any speed work yet - Just tearing down the fat house and slowly add strength and aerobic capacity

    Long dead ... But my stench lingers !

      30+ miles

      9+ long run

      Keep the weight coming off...

      Get on a trail

       

      Finally my schedule is easing off so it should be a pretty consistent week...

        Results:

         

        33.3 Total Miles

        9.3 Long Run, on a trail with > 1000 feet elevation gain (oof that was tough)

        Weight loss still going...

         

        On to next week... ;-)

        Getting back in shape... Just need it to be a skinnier shape... 

          74 miles miles and 3650 ft of elevation gain for me this week.  Right glute still a little tight but was able to get in a 12 mile long run without too much glute pain.  6 miles of walk/run with the dog helped with the overall weekly mileage :-)

                Thanks - My takeaway from last week is that it was becoming too much and I need to do less this week -> It was only made possible, because I had a lot of days off.

                 

                The run out at the state park trails (Highcliff) was amazing.
