Down to 209 today (was lower earlier in the week...)
I dropped off on mileage some this week with 52 miles run but I DID get in a 16.2 mile long run. And I felt very good for the entire run (I had problems with a 12 miler the week before). Weight is beginning to inch below 155 now.
