Just a dude.

    My goals:

     

    35 total miles

    10 mile long run

    Keep on the weight loss train

    Get off the roads at least once...

        jeebus!  Are we getting the band back together?!  I hadn't checked this group in quite awhile.  I'll play (but I'm weak, and fat) ....

         

        39 miles this week with a 16 mile longie that I just got back from.  Ran a 3.0 mile hilly road race yesterday in 21:13.  Feel good.  Might jog another 3 tonight to get into the 40's for the week.

              Nice work!   70 for me last week with 3000 ft of elevation gain.   This week will be light as I pulled my glute playing basketball with my kids on Monday.   I'm hoping it heals quickly..

                Heal up - Funny how runners get injured doing silly court sport stuff - Well not really funny.  Racquetball, tennis, volleyball and basketball are all dangerous for me.  I still do them with my kids ... time together is worth the risk.
