One workout on Saturday of 4X1600, 200 jog and 4X200, 200 jog. Since all the tracks in my area are now locked down I did this one on a deserted bikepath out where I work. Since it's all industrial and no residences out there, there was no one but me and maybe 1 or 2 bikers on the path. Long ago I marked it using a Jones Counter every 100m so I could do my workouts over my lunch break.
Weight's hanging in at 156 -157.

I got 53 total miles with about 6200 feet of elevation.
I got off the roads 3x.
From last Sunday, I am down 2lbs (219.8)
Did 10x400 on Wednesday. It was slow, but faster than I expected and a good start.
