    Cutback week for me:

     

    50+ miles

    Get off the roads

    Get my weight loss going again.

     

    I'll probably get a speed workout in this week too...

      Weight loss is starting - dropped beer

      Another ~40 week (seems to be getting consistent 39s)

      Push the pace a little more at least 2x per week.

        67 this week.

        One workout on Saturday of 4X1600, 200 jog and 4X200, 200 jog.  Since all the tracks in my area are now locked down I did this one on a deserted bikepath out where I work.  Since it's all industrial and no residences out there, there was no one but me and maybe 1 or 2 bikers on the path.  Long ago I marked it using a Jones Counter every 100m so I could do my workouts over my lunch break.

        Weight's hanging in at 156 -157.

          I got 53 total miles with about 6200 feet of elevation.

          I got off the roads 3x.

          From last Sunday, I am down 2lbs (219.8)

          Did 10x400 on Wednesday. It was slow, but faster than I expected and a good start.
