      I've been avoiding this thread since I got sick hoping I would get back on the wagon and return in good standing.  Denial is a bitch and does not help so I might as well weigh in next week.  My pants tell me I am a weak SOB.

          But the "choice" to suck at February in both diet and running is a long-standing suckage of mine.

            When my weight started climbing last November and I had to pull out my fat pants, I pulled out the +4 waist set instead of the +2's. Problem solved - they were loose.  (except for a few weeks when they weren't)  Oh wait, you said denial does not help . . . Disregard.
