        Down 1.5 lbs since last week without even trying. It certainly wasn't from running miles. Possibly it was because I had to triple my BP meds over the weekend to deal with a sudden BP spike, and the diuretic part is working well. Or maybe it's because DW has been gone for the past week and wasn't here to cook. Not that I can't cook meals for myself, but I don't often bother when it just me and the cats at home. Whatever. It's moving in the right direction.

                My exercise for the past few weeks has consisted of clearing snow.  Today I walked during lunch for the first time in a couple of months.  Weather seems to be finally turning for the better and I am hoping that it allows me to get back to a consistent exercise routine.

                          Something isn't right. I'm up 4.9 lbs since last week. I didn't eat enough to make that happen.

                              Well, that and my wife's carrot cake.  And her birthday.  And we had to eat all the food we got for guests that didn't show up.  And and and  Ugh.  But mostly I think it was the carrot cake.
