    Not sure what to expect - I am in Finance and it is year end closing + my daughter has a volleyball tournament Sat-Sun

     

    Goals

     

    Get a run every day

    > 60 miles

    > 5,000 vertical

    3x weights

     

    It could be much better in miles or not ... just depends on how the week rolls

    Long dead ... But my stench lingers !

      Goals:

       

      Long run of 11+

      35 Total miles for the week

      1+ run on dirt

       

      My Thursday and Friday this week are going to be difficult days to get a run in due to scheduling.

       

      Wednesday is a low key trail 5k.

       

      I feel like things are going in the right direction...

                        I skipped attempting a long run Sunday and did a minimal workout.  I ended up skipping weights Sat/Sun.  It was a fun and bit of unhealthy weekend.  My daughters 15U volleyball team won their 2 day tournament and we had a player / parent party saturday ... great good and drink.

                         

                        Although the week ended with a bit of a fizzle - It was actually a good week and my body feels pretty healthy.

                         

                        Miles - 73.6

                        Vertical - 10,050 vertical

                        Weights - 2 times

                        Long dead ... But my stench lingers !
