My week is sounding like a broken record. But I need to just keep pounding at it consistently I think...

Workouts of note -
- 7X500 workout on Wednesday. First 400 at 5K pace then up the effort for the last 100. Tough workout.
- 3.0 mile club race on Saturday Low key thing we do every other Saturday, different distances ranging from 2.7 miles to 5.7 miles (all are oddball distances). Felt good about it but a little surprised I couldn't push harder for this distance. I think these are probably all the racing I'll get for the forseeable future as races are being canceled left and right here.
- didn't run my long run on Sunday (yesterday). It was raining and I just coiuldn't muster the initiative to start. Did force myself out later in the day for 2 miles.

Twice off the roads.
Not so good on weight loss, but still moving in the right direction.
Ended up missing a day this week. So ended something close to 90 days on the streak. But too many things just worked against me that day... So now it's time to start a new streak...
