I need this thread more than ever now.
Starting weight: 158.4 HEH
Goal weight: 150 toeing the line at the Air Force Marathon late-Sept.
This ties June 2008 for the heaviest I've been since I was 13. That time I cracked down, dropped the weight, and ran a 2:38 in my fall marathon. This year I am working with less time but will settle for 2:45.

Why on earth would you weigh your self in clothes? Especially wet ones?
That's just silly.
I was standing on a scale in the ER at the time. For the sake of others, I kept my clothes on.
Normally, I use the certified freight scale here at work. Doff the shoes, GPS and random accessorial detritus, so I'm down to shirt/shorts/socks.
185 this morning.
When I pulled into the office this morning at 6:30 it was already 83 degrees. I think that I could lose weight just by standing outside today.
