        I'm still here, Kelly.  Keep it going.  Trent, how are you doing? ... I know you're a doc, hopefully everythings good with you and your family.

         

        Got 62.5 last week with a 15.5 mile long run and a 4.68 mile Time Trial (one of my club's regular Sat courses but running on my own).  Ran my best time on this hilly course since 4/2018.  Weight is now about 156.5 pounds, down from about 161 or so when we started this SIP thing.  I'm running a little more than I was and socializing less (no donuts or bags of potato chips or cokes etc at the company cafeteria!).
