I have a half marathon November 4 and would like to be under goal by then. After that just maintain through the holiday season.

My half is Sunday and I'm over what I want to be weight wise. I took a little time off dieting these last couple of weeks do to my son's wedding. I'm actually surprised that I didn't gain more than I did these last couple of weeks.
