Getting back in shape... Just need it to be a skinnier shape...
Supposed to be in the 90s with high humidity all week (95% high, 50% low). The same bar as last week but it will be tougher. 85 MPW, 8K gain is the goal.
Ironically it wasn't the humidity that did me in. Left glute started tweaking on Wednesday and I decided to cut a few runs short and skip the hills. So ended up with 70 miles for the week and 3K vert.
78 miles for me with 8600+ of vert
Got on the trails
Maybe lost 1 pound? Gotta keep working on that.
