High Lonesome 100 cancelled so time to find some new race goals. I feel really good despite 8 consecutive weeks of increased mileage. Glute held up really well after 20 on Sunday despite hilly (for Midwest) route. I'm thinking around 75 miles this week with a little quality thrown in.

Only down to 206.2 today, but progress...
First time hitting an 80 mile week in over a year and besides general fatigue it felt good. Glutes tired but hammies are not. Biggest workout was 22 miles with ~2500 feet of elevation gain.

I ran 61 miles last week and ran two time trials. I'm starting to not hate TT's so much now that there are no races. Before this whole SIP thing I don't believe I ever ran a single 'time trial'. F that when there are real races to push you. I've been doing one per week for quite a while now just using them as my workouts for the week.
Weight's dropping really slowly at this point but it is still going down. Hit 154 (actually had a couple days below 154) this week.
