Just a dude.

    Maybe this week I'll back off a bit? It is supposed to be in the 90s every day, so that will make running tough... it will also make running in the mountains more appealing cuz of the trees and cooler temps at high altitude.

     

    Weight is finally nudging down. It would be nice if I see a sub 200 lbs this week...

    Getting back in shape... Just need it to be a skinnier shape... 

      It is time to start race specific training for me.  Mogollon 100 is 12 weeks out if I am counting right.  Base is good but hills, trails, and speed need some work.   First two are most important but my easy pace has been about 15-30 seconds slower than normal.

       

      Goals this week are 85 miles, 8K vert, and a few easy runs with strides or fast finish.

        Tough week for me but got it done.  84 miles and 8244 vertical gain.   Last few days have been brutal with the humidity.

          71.9 and 6900 elevation.

           

          Did not get the sub 200 weight yet, but getting closer.
