Thanks, I almost bought some shoes last night, but I still can't decide, glad I waited.
The extra 25% is on apparel only, not shoes. I was all set, thinking I'd get some Nimbus 15s for just $60, but no luck.
20,000 miles behind me, the world still to see.

I still blame LRB because, even though I didn't buy anything in sale but once on their website, I had to buy more shoes! As if I need any more!
Damaris
Back to the track tonight for a sharpening workout prior to Sunday's race.
Mmmmm...beer
Oh well, the fb15d code still works for 15% off shoes on liquidation.

The other day my daughter said to me "Dad, your body makes you look like you are in you are 30, but you hair gives your age away." I don't know if that is a complement or not.
6 miles done this morning at a 7:49 pace. Another 3.12 miles done on the trails at lunch at a 8:35 pace.

That's why I shave my head!
But can't really hide the chest grey...
Naked ice cream and yummy desserts, excellent!
I drove to a park about 10 minutes away as a staging area, taking a new out and back that went into the next county. Fields, woods, a few roadside produce stands, a pumpkin patch in bloom, and oh so much corn were the scenery of the day. I saw a momma turkey with its brood and a deer that made Usain Bolt look like an amateur as it zoomed from a bean field to the cover of the trees a few hundred yards away.
MTA: deserts are never yummy
3 extra miles done, 8:28 pace, on very tired legs. That was after walking 8 miles on the beach a few hours earlier. I brought my garmin with me, out of curiosity, and I kept a steady +/-13:00 pace all throughout the walk. Not bad for walking in the soft sand, especially after running 10 miles this morning. That was a total of 21 moving miles for my legs today... It was a lovely day! Now off to shower and then Indian chicken and a movie.

A 13 mile walking is flying, your feet got wings!
Rocked my MP run earlier. I just kept telling myself it was like a slow, short HM. Felt great. Last quality run in Costa Rica. Tomorrow I am planning to squeeze in some easy miles.
Now I need to pack my bags to get ready to head south to pick up the kiddos.
7.75 more easy, with 3x70sec as hard as possible.
The mile tomorrow is going to suuuuck :/
