I approve of this message, especially after a set of 12 x 400's at mile pace.
I especially identify with "plodding joggers". I must be going to live a very long life.

Not sure where this puts me. I ran 200+ miles in Jan. 12-13mm. I had a checkup Tuesday, 48 resting HR and the Dr. said excellent blood results.
I've got sonograms next week to check on the PAD.
Pad- nice miles. 48 is a super cool RHR! Mine is around mid 50s maybe one day I will break into the 40s
