Getting ready to head our for something about 20 miles shorter than all of them will be doing today.
Same! 7 miles for me.
Go Baboon!
Former Bad Ass
Go, Baboon, go!
RD for me. Had a deposition all morning, now catching up on the tracking.

Are we there, yet?
What happened to Emma Bates? In one mile she went from leading the pack to being 20 behind the pack.
She appeared to have a cramp or something that caused her to temporarily stop, but she's back running strong, though she lost a lot of ground.

Baboon at the half on pace for 3:10!
Dave
The hills did their thing; Baboon’s on pace for 3:15 at 35k and now in the homestretch. Come on, buddy!
It’s getting warm and many of the people I’m tracking have crashed hard.

Looks like was hanging tough through 40k but slowing by the time he got to 25.2. Must be getting hot indeed.
ETA: Quick weather check says 70º. Yikes. Like I said a little while back, mid-April may be getting too late in the year for this race.

Baboon - Great job finishing that last mile strong!
Woohoo! 3:16:59 for Baboon. Great job!
A strong performance on a tough day! A LOT of people I was tracking crashed HARD.

That was brutal. What the hell did the temp get to today? I was cramping everywhere but I battled and hung in there. Overall a good result on a hard day. BQ -8!
I've got 22 people in my tracker. Holy cow it looks rough.

And once again the TV announcers were saying what a beautiful day it was for the marathon.
Weatherunderground.com was reporting 70º around the time you finished, and that's the temp in the shade.
As if it's a parade of some sort. Beautiful for a spectator, I suppose.
My app said 69 when you finished. Looked like it was pretty sunny. That's especially tough coming out of chilly winter/spring training weather.
Yeah I've got 20, and compared to most of them, you were a champ. Way to go, another Boston in the books!
I have a local girl here so happy the marathon on Sunday has a high of 64F. So perfect. Fuck no.
