lol - that was funny!
10 blah miles. At least it's light out now.
I am still running in darkness. It is a motivation sieve.
I did 5 x (4 minutes Hard w/ 2 minutes jg). It was almost as hard as my race on saturday, and I am almost as tired. Plus, the pain in the mound of the big toe of my right foot has come back. It is pretty acute pain too. So not a great running day.
On the up side, I did get it done!

7 miles on the sun, loving it! Almost fully recovered from my half, should feel 100% tomorrow or Thurs. Four weeks till my next half, gonna get the mileage back up for three of those weeks and then do a mini taper.
Speaking of candy, there's a big bowl of five or six different kinda of Easter candy on the table, I've been killing it.

Hello real runners (and any imaginary ones that might be lurking.) Rick - you could make pew-pew laser sounds while on the new Buck Rodgers TMs and keep the workout room all to yourself, all the time. George - jealous that you can take your car in for service so close by. Lauren - good luck converting to mornings Work - happy SRD D - people from Washington sound dangerous. Oski - You may be right. A new ice age? HCK - one is better than none Baboon - good plan, have fun with that slow and flat Zelanie - huh, weird. At least you got to run outside on a track. Lily - drink a coffee? cjones - careful in the rain Scotty - haha, at what temperature does cold and icky start in Texas? Lori - more rest for the race would be my plan Free - it's getting sort of hot in here... It's a beautiful day off - for indoor chores. Running at the gym later on will happen too.
