Run to live; live to run
Hmm. Well I did actually run. Just getting on here again to post.
11.2. I even jumped in the pool when I was done to cool down. Since I finished right by the pool and it is only .2 from the house and I had my pool key so I was at what I wanted and went in. Felt good.

I envy you your jump in the pool. It must be heavenly. Great mileage you've been putting there. Marjorie!

Thanks Scotty! But I went back to sleep instead. I needed that.
I was was planning to head to the mountains for the most amazing trail run, but it's getting a bit late. I'll just go to the little woods near the university instead.

Scott, overall the weather has been great this summer for Texas. I don't think it has gotten above 102. We can't all live in Runner's Paradise like Zelanie.

Hi Dailies.
I took the day off and DW and I are off to Santa Rosa for my HM and her marathon on Sunday. We are staying with my cousin and her kids tonight in Pleasanton and in the morning we are off to the packet pick up and hotel. With my slowly healing injuries and crap training cycle I have no idea how I will run the HM and it may take me a few miles to figure it out. A pr won't happen this time. DW's goal is a BQ.
Happy Friday and enjoy the weekend.
'Sup crew!
I am being worked like a hound dog today so not much time to play with my internet peeps, boo. On the other hand they do pay me for it so cheers for that. lol
I did get in 7 miles this morning and followed that with a really big breakfast, huge in fact. I am now pondering what my lunch choice should be of course.
From the Internet.
Hi dailies! 4 easy for me today. Perfect weather - I didn't get out until 9:45 but it was overcast and breezy, mid-60s. Nice.
It was Julie! The water wasn't very cool. It has been in the 100s so the water wasn't very cool. But still better than the air temps! I swam a few laps then sat with my legs in the water to drip off a bit before walking home.

Have fun! Let me know how you liked that race because we were eyeing it for 2015.

Hey everyone!
Did 7 this morning. When I was logging my run, I realized that with this evening's run, I'll hit my first 100 mile week! My log runs Mon-Sun, so my week will "officially" be around 95 miles, but since I did longer doubles last weekend, my rolling total for the last 7 days will go over 100. Crazy.
Hope everyone is having a great day!

Good luck to both of you. Fingers crossed for Klompette's BQ attempt.

Cliff notes version- They love pasta in Costa Rica. I ran 6 this morning in Oregon weather that Dan should be very jealous of.
