Former Bad Ass

    Sounds promising!  On both counts....

They couldn't diagnose for sure because she didn't have any poo left in her for a sample.  Only blood.  But apparently as long as she responds to treatment it doesn't matter.  If not, we do more testing tomorrow.

I worked with a teacher who drove from Colorado to Oregon with her husband and 7 cats.  She said it wasn't fun, but they all made it in one piece.

There is no reason for why WE should be stripped of our lunch hour just for a training that is no emergency.  We don't deal with the public unless we are in court.  It really irks me.

Scotty I'm Eastern time zone so it was 351 my time when I started the thread.

Damaris most training calls I host are at lunch. The clinics generally have to have it that way so they don't block patient care.

          Top 'O the Evening, Dailies!!

4.5 miles early this morning before work. Feeling it a little this evening. Skipped out on pool, soaking my body in ibuprophen. Well, not really, but I have taken some and I feel better. No particular pains, just a general overall ache in the right leg. Old age and a good run, along with inadequate sleep last night. I'll be OK in the morning, I'm sure.

Should be a quiet day at the office tomorrow, so I can get some things done.

          Saturday is race day!

Will someone come mount this stupid flat screen for me?  Comcast is coming tomorrow and I seriously do not feel like fuckin' with that thing.

I will pour you whatever drink you like.  8- P

            Hip Redux

Zel - sounds like gastroenteritis.   Sometimes they know what causes it, sometimes not.  Key is fluids and keeping them hydrated!  Hope she's feeling better.

LRB - Sure I'll hang yours if you hang mine.  We've been talking about hanging this flat screen on the wall for only 4 years now.

PT has given me clearance to keep running 2-3miles 2-3 times a week.  Better than nothing.

10 at moderate pace yesterday, 8 easy today.   It's funny to go back down to the burbs to run, and catch myself thinking "how do these people live like this, all piled up on each other?"

runninggirl30, brava on the TM run.

Phil, I hope that PT goes well and that both you and MBC enjoy the vacation. Fantastic hilly 7.3.

                    Marjorie, terrific 10.2.

Damaris, sweet thirteen this morning. I hope that DH feels OK.

Shari, taking 10.0 to 12.0 is more than a little mojo. AwesomeSmile

                    Jay, excellent easy eight.

I needed to sleep late this morning. After work, I did 17.4 miles in 2:50:35. 2:49 pace. I'm on my way home to shower, do ab work and push-ups, eat dinner, and sleep. All I have to say is; thank G-D for ibuprofen and running. The ibuprofen helps make my day manageable. After two slow-as-molasses miles, I begin to feel somewhat normal.

I got it done, bah.  The sound bar is being a dick though, so it can wait.

Jay, I do not have anything orange...yet.

                      BP, that run was stupid!

B, you know me too well!

Ron, I'm gearing up to get my drink on!

Drink wine, it makes everything right.

Rick, wine is fine, but a finer single-malt is better.

Ab work and push-ups are done. I'm off to eat and go to bed. I'm tired. I have a day off tomorrow. I've already turned off my alarmSmile
