No more marathons
My shoulder hurts. I mean it really hurts.
Tender to the touch on the very top of the bone.
No swelling or discoloration but any movement brings pain.
But at least I can swing it through a normal running motion - so will run after work.

7.5. I ran them really, really slow to avoid dying from heat. Wasn't too terrible, not sure if it was cloudy or hazy due to the poor air quality alerts, either way, the sun was blocked, so it probably only felt like 100 instead of 105 or something.

Probably take in Dunkirk on Sunday.
Be interested to hear cyberic's tales of running in Florence since DW and I will be there in a few weeks.
Are we there, yet?
Travel day. Checked out the course when I got here and got lost on a 1.5 mile loop in a little park.
