Yikes...not fun. Take care of yourself, HCK.

Oh HC. Either one on its own would suck. The two combined is terrible. Take the rest your body needs. Hope the meds help you feel better soon.
From the Internet.
I got a heel spur. Out for who knows how long.
Well fuck.
Dave
I'm sorry
Damn. Is it possible that's caused PF in the past?
Are we there, yet?
What are your options? I had a heel spur, discovered during a case of PF. The doctor treated the PF, ignored the heel spur, and once the PF was gone had no more issues with the heel spur.
2024 Races:
03/09 - Livingston Oval Ultra 6-Hour, 22.88 miles
05/11 - D3 50K 05/25 - What the Duck 12-Hour
06/17 - 6 Days in the Dome 12-Hour.
That sucks. You don't know how long, but do you have an approximate idea of how long it usually takes, or not at all?
In my case the doctor said the PF caused the heel spur to irritate the surrounding tissue. Dealt with the PF and the irritation disappeared.
Yeap, the PF would anger anything around it.
I started hearing units I didn't like (months) and thus didn't ask for further clarification on the numbers. Basically could be anywhere from just a couple weeks to a year or more - just depends on how long it takes for pain to subside and then coming back very carefully.
