- Don't know, haven't been on a scale in two weeks, and won't be able to find out until I get home in another couple weeks. But I do feel like I've dropped a few more pounds since I've been out here (not hard to do with the food here lol)
- Done! 360.7 miles for Sept, a 53 mile PR!
- Done! Completed a 3 hour, 22 mile run on the treadmill, and I'm still sane (at least, as sane as I was previously, which isn't saying much lol). I still can't wait to run outside again, but I'm glad that I can keep my mileage up on the 'mill and not hate it.

Done x3
Starting is always easy... maybe my goal for October should be "continue running". You know, up the ante! :P
Maybe phrase it "extend current running streak of one month in a row".
Dave
Now don't go getting crazy or anything. I'm not ready for a "streak"!
1) HM PR would be nice 2) Keep training hard 3) DaveP's Baboon's miles +1

2) Keep training hard
3) DaveP's Baboon's miles +1
1. PR by >5 min, beat goal time by 9 seconds
2. Yes. Slight taper/recovery for HM; skipped 1 quality workout before & 1 after. Otherwise kept up the mileage & hit the target paces.
3. Baboon +29
Team TJ
Mission accomplished.
My running goal for September is simple: Have FUN doing it.
Running for TJ because he can't.
Are we there, yet?
Run and walk for 24 hours while joining one of the biggest FEs in Cleveland.
That was a partial bust. We had the big FE but my walking and running was quite a bit less than 24 hours.
2024 Races:
03/09 - Livingston Oval Ultra 6-Hour, 22.88 miles
05/11 - D3 50K 05/25 - What the Duck 12-Hour
06/17 - 6 Days in the Dome 12-Hour.
I would like to make up my mind about my fall marathon. And to stop feeling so out of shape.
I ran a half at my PR pace so I guess I can't keep claiming to be out of shape. And I guess that means I will be running my fall marathon.

Just wanted to add, that it turns out September was a lifetime best for mileage, I just crept past my previous high.
