Yeah it's usually more like not have a heart attack at the end.

Or an asthma attack.

 

Truth. I take 2 hits of my inhaler before my warmup, and another 2 right before the start.

I do as well and 90% of my 5Ks end up with an asthma attack, lol.  But maybe I'm running them too optimistic since they are all in Miami and hot as fuck.
