What a drag, Damaris. It's the time wasted on getting the car fixed that is most upsetting. And the financial loss, of course.

fortunately, my copay is $500 and after that, the insurance covers. They will try to collect from the other side, though. My only worry is that my premiums might go up because a guy does not know how to back out.

5-6pm - 6 miles
93F - 71 dewpoint - zero wind - bright sun.
not refreshing, but done .
and it was a MoFo keeping my HR down. Towards the end I hit 145 ( been aiming 140 and lower)
It rained during the first two hours of my run. It was nice because the temps went down. 13 miles done.
I am finally in after a long ass day. The moon is full and extremely bright out there tonight.
