Run commute day. My legs are tired and I better rest them up if I want to start "training" again.
Rest day, slept into 7 AM because I had whopper knee pain on and off all last night๐ฎ which I view as a good thing and a good omen๐long story, in 1999 I caught the marathon bug and did all my training at Burke Lake and Accotink Park, a.k.a. no tilt. ran my first first marathon January 13, 2000 at Haines Point in D.C., again no tilt. then we had monster snows and I wanted to run a mid March marathon, so suddenly I’m running road and the first road was a 16 and that night I had a whopper knee pain. same thing happen the following weekend after a 16.....after that I was fine.
so the last night’s knee pain is probably a good thing.๐

Hit the gym this morning, as far as running goes... might be an RD. I've got my massage machine thingy coming today, I am actually really excited about that and can't wait to try it.

Another RD from running today. I may try a walk/jog later, but don't want to inflame it more, so I also may wait til I see my PT on Wednesday.
I did a great total body strength session today though, and I can tell I'll be super sore tomorrow (legs were already shaking going down the stairs  .
No blame, just an observation. At least I got to practice for the Cherry Tree 10M with the HM (I say that like the Cherry Tree is a goal race or something)
Pro tip: the way to come up with something is to take the day of the week, and add “lies” to the end. You’re welcome.
