Back on Track (Read 364 times)

After battling illness and injury over the past 3+ weeks I think I'm finally back on track for Boston. I ran 18 miles on Monday, after missing it on Saturday due to knee tendonitis. Yesterday was my last chance to run a 20 mile run and I did it. The beauty is that it's a pretty good Boston simulation. Below is a link to my blog with a review of the run and the course. Great news! And a very nice run report. See you in Boston!
Well done Kid, great to hear that you're back in the saddle.

Phew, what a relief that must've been! Put it on cruise control for the next 2 weeks, and enjoy your taper.
