Lancesmom, I love it that someone besides me repeats until they forget how many times. Today I did my many day repeat of Week 5, Day 2. I did 9 minute segments these last three times. I think I am ready to tackle 10 min. segments next!
This weekend I am doing a 2.6 K - that is correct, you read it right - in a little town here in Oregon. It is scheduled to be done right before the local July 4th parade. Should be fun! I will incorporate my C25K intervals into the race. Woods Lady
