i just started week 1 day 1 and got muddled up! i didn't read plan properly and did 90 seconds of jogging and 60 seconds walking. i got on ok so i don't know whether to do that for the other runs this week or to go back to the plan? what do you think? coming back after 2 years out due to injury and pregnancy.

thanks! did that for tonights run, although only had time to do 15 minutes. maybe run 3 this week will be the one where i do everything right!!

Thanks obiebyke for jumping in there... freckles - i don't know anyone who has followed The Plan exactly for the whole way through. Most commonly people end up repeating weeks, but other things happen to. You're taking it slow and smart - that's a really good place to start back.
